When I sold my home in Elgin, Texas78621 Randy was my listing agent. He was very knowledgeable about the current market in my area. In addition, Randy used every tool that was available to him in marketing my home. He also made recommendations that ultimately enhanced the home and attracted many home buyers. During the selling process, Randy always made himself readily available to me. When an offer was received on my property Randy was there to assist in every step of the process up to and including the closing date. The sale of my home was a positive experience and I would recommend him as a realtor.

Randy was our agent for selling and purchasing our homes. There were a number of challenges he encountered that were unusual and he worked diligently throughout the process. We would not only recommend but absolutely call him for any future real estate business. It was a pleasure to have Randy as our real estate agent!

I chose Randy as our realtor because of his experience and after meeting him we

knew he would actually care about us not just the money! He was so patient we

ended up referring him to my mom and he sold her property also!. Randy kept us

updated daily, sometimes two to three times about anything that was going or

answer questions we had. If you have any property that needs to be sold call Randy the realtor first!! We appreciate everything he did for us and my mom!

Randy helped me find the house I ultimately purchased and he had to be very

patient with me, wasn't sure what type of house I wanted, which subdivision I

couldn't even decide which town I wanted be in, needless to say, he showed me a

great number of homes, patiently. He stayed on top of all parties involved in the

inspection and closing process and was very easy to work with. His assistant was

very helpful as well. Thanks to both!

bought. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He will

Randy was amazing to work with. Originally we were going to buy a home and he never showed us anything out of our price range or pushed us to buy if we weren't in love. He knew the market and knew the areas we wanted to avoid, and even pointed out problems with houses that we missed. When we were into our 5th month of looking and very discouraged Randy talked to us about building. We were hesitant at first but met with our builder (recommended by randy) anyway. The whole process was amazing until we got down to closing. We hit some bumps in the road but Randy was always there to help out and get it resolved. No matter what time of day I called he always responded and resolved the issue within a matter of hours not days. Without working with Randy we would not be living in the house of our dreams. With the help of Randy we broke ground the end of July and moved in October 9th

Randy was great to work with. He helped me get my previous home sold very quickly and really listened to what we needed/wanted as we were searching for our new home. He helped us find the perfect house for us a a wonderful street In Smithville. I cannot imagine how things would have gone if we had used anyone else. We are eternally grateful that Randy was there for us and could not be happier with the service he provided.

My experience has been strictly online from another state. He was very courteous and prompt when I asked area question(s) regarding a parcel.

I did not go through a negotiation stage or a contract process as of yet.

Promptly after contacting Randy, he met with me, explained the procedures for placing my home on the market, showed me a reasonable value in relation to other similar homes in my area and set about getting viewings. The home was under contract within 2 months but there were some speed bumps in the process. Randy worked vigorously to both overcome the impediments and to reassure me all would be resolved. We finally closed on the home due to Randy's persistence.
